Stephanie is the Founder and Lead Planner of Allure Event Planners, a boutique wedding planning and coordination service offering both virtual and in-person planning across Australia. While proudly based on the Gold Coast, Allure Event Planners supports couples nationwide — providing expert guidance, seamless coordination and calm leadership wherever their celebration takes place.
With over 12 years of experience in the wedding and events industry and a Diploma of Event Management, Stephanie brings a composed, highly organised and solutions-focused approach to every wedding she plans. Her journey began after coordinating her own wedding in 2011 — an experience that revealed just how overwhelming planning can feel, and how powerful it is to have someone you trust managing every moving part.
At the heart of Stephanie’s work is one clear goal: to remove the stress so couples can stay present and truly enjoy their engagement and wedding day.
From venue sourcing and supplier coordination to timelines, logistics, styling support, and on-the-day execution, Stephanie takes full responsibility for the details — anticipating issues before they arise and calmly handling them when they do. Couples often describe her as the steady presence behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly without ever needing to be asked.
